All price stated are fixed and non negotiable.
How much is the postage fee?
Registered postage: Additional $3.00
Normal postage: 1st item $1.50, 2nd items onwards 50cents each.
Do take note that we are not responsible for any lost normal mails.
When should i make payment?
As fast as possible because it's limited instocks.
Therefore items will be distributed in a first paid first served basis.
What kind of payment do you accept?
POSB, UOB or Maybank bank transfer or Ibanking.
How do i transfer when there is no account number?
Kindly wait for our email after you have submit the order form.

When will you mail my item?
We'll try to mail them out asap within 2 working days.
Registered mail and big parcel normal mail it will be mail out on Tuesday.
Do you accept overseas shipping?
Only areas around South-East Asia region.
Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines.
How long it takes for the item to arrive?
Normal postage will take around 1-3 working days.
Registered postage will take around 3-4 working days.
Working days will not include weekends and public holidays.
Does the total cost include shipping fee?
All you have to do is to click on the "Add to Basket".
It helps you to calculate the total payment including the postage fee.

I didn't receive my item, how?
We're not responsible for lost normal postage.
But if you opt. for registered postage, such problem wouldn't happen.
Why is the item received is different from the picture?
There might be some different in colour due to the lighting.
My item received is stain, spoil, torn. What should i do?
All items are checked before we mailed out.
Please take note that items sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
Any disputes should be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.

When will the refunds be made?
Refunds for out of stock item will be made within 2 weeks.
What is the measurement for the item?
All clothes are freesize otherwise measurement will be stated.

How long do you need to reply my email?
Normally emails will be replied within 24hrs on weekdays.
But emails will be replied slower on weekends.
